Throughout the month of October the Victorian town transforms into a family-friendly Halloween spectacular with skeletons, shop displays, pumpkins and other festive decorations up and down Main Street. We host the Monster Mash Day, where you can meet and greet some of your favorite monsters. Book a haunted tour in the Ferndale Cemetery, take a candle lit tour at the museum or a tarot card reading at one of the turn of the century mansions. Whether staying for the weekend or just coming for the day you are sure to make memories that will last a mortal's lifetime!

Join us for a spook-tacular stroll through the enchanting streets of Ferndale as Frightfully Fun kicks off with a pumpkin-packed celebration. Watch the Victorian Village get bewitched with festive flair, then grab a seat at one of our carving stations along Main Street to create your own fang-tastic jack-o’-lantern—free for all to enjoy. As the clock strikes six, the pumpkins will awaken in a hauntingly beautiful candlelit glow. Come carve, munch on devilishly good treats, shop till you drop-dead, and linger to soak in the eerie-sistible magic of the night.

Snag your tasting passport at the Ferndale Visitors Center (580 Main Street) and embark on a bewitching journey to each stop for a pour of local potions—beer, wine, or a sweet treat—21+ only. Don your most enchanting witch attire to conjure a $5 discount on your passport, all while raising spirits and funds for the Ferndale Repertory Theatre. Stroll, sip, and shop your way through a cauldron of fun at Ferndale’s Broomsticks & Brews!

Come costumed to creep into the fun—little monsters welcome—and enjoy music, treats, and hair-raising happenings, NEW Trunk or Treat stops for extra sweets!
